All services are subject to current Indonesian Financial Regulations. By securing a reservation, you acknowledge full compliance with the protocols listed herein.
General Provisions
Jakarta Limousine & Rentcar operates as a premium logistics provider. These terms govern all executive transport, diplomatic dispatch, and long-term fleet leasing coordinated through our South Tangerang command center.
Financial Settlement
Primary Currency: Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Settlement must be completed prior to mission commencement via our secure digital gateway. We utilize industry-standard encryption protocols. Jakarta Limousine does not store sensitive cardholder data; all processing is handled via PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.
Refund & Cancellation
Standard Protocol: Cancellations 24+ hours before dispatch: 100% Refundable.
Late Requests (12-24 Hours): Subject to a 50% administrative retention fee based on the total IDR value.
Refund Latency: Approved credits are processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment source.
Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be adjudicated within the jurisdiction of the South Tangerang or South Jakarta district courts.
