In compliance with regional financial regulations, all primary transactions are settled in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Our secure architecture supports international credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB), as well as direct corporate bank transfers.
For global accounts, the final billing will be automatically converted from IDR to your local currency by your respective financial institution.
Cancellations requested more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund. Requests made between 12-24 hours incur a 50% service fee. Cancellations within less than 12 hours are non-refundable.
Approved refunds are typically issued via the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
Our fleet maintains a strict 36-month refresh cycle to ensure mechanical integrity. Every mission is preceded by a comprehensive 24-point technical inspection and is monitored in real-time by our 24/7 command center.
All financial interactions are protected via industrial-grade TLS 1.3 encryption and processed through PCI-DSS compliant infrastructures. We prioritize client discretion and do not retain sensitive payment details on our primary servers.
